Rucksack backpack with clean exterior aesthetic. Inspired by vintage rucksacks, but paired down to minimal details.
Upper material is 100% recycled spun polyester - made to look like a cotton canvas, but last longer. Interior has a padded laptop slip pocket, a small zippered pocket and a small divider pocket.
Modeled after the classic 1960's U.S. Air Force bag that pilots used to carry their helmets in. This silhouette has since become a familiar sight in streetwear brands - often made in a shiny nylon. For Everlane, I continued the use of a recycled polyester canvas that gave the style a more rugged and casual feel which felt more appropriate for the brand.
